Our UK fault desk is open Mon - Fri from 9:00am until 5:30pm. Call 01732 875000 or +44 1732 875000 from overseas to log your support call. If we are unable to resolve the fault immediately we will assign a specialist engineer who will endeavour to call back within 1 hour.
Alternatively you can email questions to The progress of your fault through to resolution is tracked and monitored on our AIT Database.
If an on-site repair is required our engineers endeavour to arrive within 8 working hours and JetCare maintenance customers will have a priority response. Non-contract work can be ordered via a Service Request Form which details an estimate of the charges.
Both remote and on-site profiling is available depending upon the urgency and quantity of media.
